Bendaña & Bendaña’s Intellectual Property Law Department is comprised of knowledgeable attorneys in all aspects of Intellectual Property Law, including registration of IP rights, litigation and enforcement.
We advise our clients on the clearance, registration and renewal of trademarks, as well as in obtaining patents of invention, utility models and design rights, licensing, franchises, know-how contracts, NDAs and confidentiality agreements. Our aim is to work closely with our clients to outline strategies that will best protect their IP assets in an efficient and cost effective way.
Our IP team of experienced intellectual property attorneys is devoted to all aspects of Intellectual Property, from pre-litigious matters such as protection of IP rights, preparation and negotiation of settlement agreements, and protection of data exclusivity related to pharmaceutical marketing authorizations to enforcement, including infringement actions, border measures and unfair competition.
